I love each one of these DVD's. They put the hoop movement forward in their own unique ways. Hoopnotica has a watch/learn/troubleshoot approach while HoopGirl has very specific demonstrations for every trick in the book. (She's also got a book) Hoop Technique is a masterpiece introducing very distinct language to share and an inspirational flow series that inspires if not mesmerizes. Certainly for those who have drunk freely of the hooping Kool Aid.
