The hoops are easy on the extremities so you can hoop all day, 38" dance hoops are a bit faster and lighter than their Standard Dance 40" cousins. The grip tape makes for more control, less bounce and fabulous friction as you hoop. Great for on body, lifts, off body, legs, arms, hands and feet. Great for large kids and small adults who bruise easily.
